NamespaceDefaultResourceQuota is a specification of the default ResourceQuota that a namespace will receive if none is provided. Must provide ResourceQuota if NamespaceDefaultResourceQuota is specified. See https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/policy/resource-quotas/ for more details.
