RKEControlPlane.status.initialization.controlPlaneInitialized

ControlPlaneInitialized is true when the control plane provider reports that the Kubernetes control plane is initialized; usually a control plane is considered initialized when it can accept requests, no matter if this happens before the control plane is fully provisioned or not. NOTE: this field is part of the Cluster API contract, and it is used to orchestrate initial Cluster provisioning.
