Prometheus.spec.enforcedSampleLimit
When defined, enforcedSampleLimit specifies a global limit on the number of scraped samples that will be accepted. This overrides any `spec.sampleLimit` set by ServiceMonitor, PodMonitor, Probe objects unless `spec.sampleLimit` is greater than zero and less than than `spec.enforcedSampleLimit`. It is meant to be used by admins to keep the overall number of samples/series under a desired limit.
